TERM

        Sample Terms:

• We mainly work based on buyers tech file, designs and requirements but we also offer OEM services where buyer can modify the design and change the fabric as per their requirements.
• For our regular buyers, We do not charge for the sample development.
• For a new buyer, before order confirmation, any sample and parcel related cost has to be paid by the buyer. Once the order is confirmed, we will bear the cost.
• Generally, It takes 7-15 days for initial sample development. But it depends on product type, buyer’s urgency and availability of buyer’s required fabric. Usually, we make initial sample with the available fabric.
• We develop the sample till perfection, free of cost.

       Payment Terms:

• We usually prefer TT for the order where the negotiated amount should be paid in advance and rest when goods are ready.
• We also take L/C (Letter of Credit) 100% at sight by clean, irrevocable, divisible and negotiable against documents.

      Lead-time and Shipping Terms:

•  We do not take any unnecessary lead-time  and make any fake promise  that is  not achievable.
• We usually ship FOB Chittagong/Dhaka.
• Lead-time depends on product type. When we work first time with a new buyer for Woven, Outerwear, Sportswear and Swimwear, we usually take 60-70 days (after receiving payment confirmation). For any repeat order or regular buyer we take 30-60 days (after receiving payment).
• For initial work of Knit items, we usually take 60-70 days (after receiving payment). Repeat orders lead-time could be 30-60 days.
• Buyers are also welcome to purchase on monthly basis. But one-month delivery depends on the product type and fabric sourcing.
• For the imported fabric and accessories, the usual lead time is around 90 days after confirmation.
